Is Warlock fun and good?
I have 2 hunters and a Titan and was debating whether to make a warlock or not, I see a lot of people with them but hear that their jump is awful and that they are mainly good for only self res? Is it worth making a warlock?
Edit: Ok so I didn't expect this post to randomly spark up lol but I did make a warlock and I have to say I do enjoy playing it very much, thanks for all the feedback.

I would use voidwalker first if you have the obsidian mind but if you got hopf then use sunsinger

The Warlock glide is beyond great. It just has a decent learning curve to it unlike the other 2. Glide is an extension of your momentum. You get a boost in the direction you are currently going. It can be used to easily get up to high places, or to get around obstacles much easier than the other classes. Once you learn the trick to glide, it's amazing. The only thing it can't do is save you from falling off the map, but the real solution there is just don't fall ;)

1 ReplyThe jump is really good if you aren't a complete retard and know how it works. Boost that agility and you're fine. And yes, Warlocks are my favorite, because space magic.

Edited by Moot: 3/1/2015 11:53:14 PMThe jump is hard to grasp at first, but it plays similar to lift, but instead of just pushing you up, it extends you in your current trajectory. And if you can't get the hang of it still, just try blink. Also my warlock's sexiness is unmatched.

Warlock looks fun. I main a Titan. Love my Titan. I will work a warlock up next. I have a hunter that I just got up to 31. Don't really like it too much. Maybe I will like it better with blade dancer? Not sure. My daughter runs around on the cosmodrome with it.

I have all three. Playing since day 1. My warlock is my newest character as I got the hopf last week so I'd decided to delete my other titan. That said, the Warlock is the best class easily and idk how I never used one before.

I use a high agility voidwalker warlock with blink and stacked melee speed. It plays identically to my hunter except w/ space magic. Usually pulse rifles or scouts coupled with either a sniper or Felwinters Lie. Always machine guns in PvP :-) Don't buy all that "you guys only self-res or panic bomb".Warlock takes skill and smarts to get a perfect setup for you.

Spamming grenades with gift of the sun and radiant skin perks with light beyond nemesis helm. Creating all those orbs. YEEESSS!!!!!

Warlock in my opinion is the best class. You have range on your melee and epic battle recovery. And you can't beat coming back from the dead.

I started with a titan, I loved it maxed out both striker and titan and love the ability to be right in the fray! I just finished maxing (one attribute left) my sunsinger and have to admit I really enjoy playing with the lock. The melee is great from a distance and being able to cover an area with grenades with radiance is also a ton of fun. I honestly could care less about the self res, all it does is delay using your super which im not a fan of. I like making as many orbs for the team as possible. Going to max the void walker next think that will really determine which class takes spot one until I have time to play a hunter through.
