I got mine from an engram earlier this week..I wouldn't call that earned. I don't care if Xur sells it or not, but I will say that I'm happy that I didn't buy mine. Much more exciting to "earn" that hard to get item than it would be to buy it. Same way I felt before I had it as well. Good luck to anyone who doesn't have it yet tho.
