The Gjallarhorn is earned
it needs to be earned not given if xur sells it then it gets patched ruining it for every one else so i hope the people who want to get it from xur never get it #gjallarhornisearned #don'tletxursellgjallrhorn
Edit: there alot of comments mostly form bad players who want to ruin the game so if i don't get to you sorry
Edit: the good players are starting to vote we need to show bungie that the community isint all salty players who cant earn things.
Edit: well it is safe to say that the good players have voted and we all don't want the gjaallarhorn on sale so now bungie may see that at first the bad players who can't earn anything and want to ruin the game for everyone else may vote the most at first but the good players have shown them what we want sorry for everyone who wanted the gjallarhorn i do hope you earn the gjallarhorn someday

Edited by PrePaidKill3r: 2/27/2015 10:55:21 PMtell you what i will fully agree with you on everything saying its earned if you can explain to me the following: - a guy who has literally been playing for 10 hours asks to get carried through crota raid and we decide to help (before loot chest changed). first chest we all get shards and he gets a gally. ok cool good for him being a new player etc. we continue on with everyone getting only shards from whole raid (him getting no kills as he is too low of level). We finally beat crota and he gets another gally while we all get shards. 0 kills and death after death and being carried. 10hrs of play earned him 2 gallys..earned? - buddy who goofs around when invited to crota gets like 5 kills and dies like 10 times making us wipe gets his 6th gally (we saw his inventory after getting back to tower because we didnt believe him) - all the people who show up at the end of a crucible match as its finishing and gets a gally and the guy who lead his team to victory gets nothing. if you can explain how those scenarios are earned because of awesome plays than i will agree with you 100%. absolutely nothing RNG Is earned. you can say you earned all you stuff but you just got lucky

2 RepliesI still can't comprehend why people say if you buy ANYTHING from Xur, it isn't "earned"?? if a shop sells stuff, you need currency to buy it, no money... no sale!! if you've worked to get that currency to buy from the vendor... have you not earned it???

I have never gotten one since when Xur sold it and I bought lucky raspberry instead. If Xur sold it again, which I doubt, I would probably not buy it.

You don't 'earn it'. It just gets randomly given to you. The Speaker didn't give my character a big parade and then hand him the best rocket launcher in the game. I was just playing online at the right date and time. The game is a gamble every time you play. That's why it's so addictive... Anyway it's boring. It takes all the challenge out of a strike.
