Original Post: [spoiler]I'm sure we've all seen the video by now and all have our own opinions about Kermit and who should be banned and given free exotics etc. But does anyone else think cuckoos reaction was just pathetic? I know a lot of people are going to say he's only 11 cut him some slack, but still. When I was 11 I had a PSone. I played FF8 as much as people here play destiny. I spent months and months completing every side quest, farming 99 of every spell and collecting every GF. I completed my bestiary and collected all the cards, battling my way to the top of the league. I fought all the way to the final boss and died, only to find my data had been corrupted. I found out years later that the developers had removed the last save point I used from the UK release of the game, but obviously botched the job. I also had a PS2 and played burnout 3. Again, I spent months and months replaying every race and event, trying to place first in all races and crash events. Once again my data got corrupted. For the same reason too. The developers had removed one of the cars from the UK release, so once you unlocked it your data corrupted. I know I lost my progress through developer error rather than malicious behaviour, but my point is this; When it happened I was upset. My heart sank. But I didn't cry, didn't lament it, I just started a new game and carried on. This guy sounds like he just found out his family died. Don't you think that's a massive overreaction to a video game? I think by now my opinion is obvious. He's pathetic. But I'm interested to hear other people's opinions. EDIT: I know this is old news now, my account was banned but I'm still interested in people's opinions. EDIT: I'm not doing this to poke fun at cuckoonight. I'm not doing this to say I'm harder than an 11 year old. Nor that my 11 year old self was harder than cuckoonight. Nor am I talking about his initial response to loosing his exotics. I'm talking about the "no no no no no" when he realises he's lost his other two characters.[/spoiler] OK people really aren't getting my reasons for posting this thread.
