Do you actually need all level 32's for Crota hard?
Just a quick topic as all I see is " running crota hard 32's only "
Just smashed this off with 4 level 31's. Easy.
If your not willing to try with some level 31's.. Get better..
What does this beautiful community think?

31's are fine as long as they have good weapons and have done the raid a couple times before. 32 for the sword, and one or two more for Crota DPS is all that's really "needed"

if i'm playing with friends that are decent, 31s and even 30s are fine. if i'm playing with randoms, i'll eliminate as many variables that could cause a wipe as possible. my group, i'll build it how i want, thanks.

Got it with 3 31's the other day myself being one. As long as everyone knows what they're doing have the right weapons / gear no big deal

1 ReplyImma say this again since people don't understand. 31s with a good rocket launcher fine.. if not GTFO. People grind to get gear and weapons if your not willing to do that well that's not anyone else's problem

Nope, but I do like to have at least 3 32s, preferrably 2 with gallys if bringing more than one 31 along.

Absolutely not. The group I regularly raid with almost always has 3 31s and 3 32s. We've completed it several times with only 5 of us (2 31s and 3 32s).

Almost all of them had guns that weren't leveled at all. I've become more selective, and require people to have max guns (and a launcher) if they want in. Honestly, the only time 31s would be a real problem is Ir Yut. Abyss can be soloed by an invisible Hunter. Bridge is always cheesed. Crota, you just have to stand on a ledge and shoot rockets when told.

no, it is not required. good for you that you have achieved. But, some guardians (32's) just like to get crota done without a hitch or carry on and move on to whatever they need to do.

That's the beauty of this game. You can make whatever kind of fireteam you want. If you want to play with 31's or under that's your business. Your comment about getting better makes no sense. I did not know my skill is based on the level of others.
