I would never boot someone unless they were AFK or purposely sabotaging.
Actually, there is (will be) a third reason I'd boot someone. I've never done Crota, but I know what the Heavy glitch is and I'd boot anyone who relies on it.

Well you as you stated, you have never done Crota. You have definitely done Crota on hard. You do not need the ammo glitch for normal, but for hard, maybe once you have done it then you will realise why the do the ammo glitch.

I'd rather do the glitch than buy heavy synth just because when you die you loose heavies.
