It's just a bug on their side. That 76.87 unnecessary and random update that leads to wasp error or whatever, disconnect from your modem or wifi. (If you have wifi then try hard connection first) then connect to your mobile Hotspot and try playing destiny again. It should download no problem and then if it happens again just do it again. Granted we shouldn't have to at all.
