I am not new to Destiny, but I did save Iron Banner until I got tired of the PVE game. So, I got to level 4 last night, and decided to grab this shotty. I keep seeing people say that they were buying more than 1 to test luck. I am wondering if you get something different than the one that you see when you approach the Iron Banner guy. When I bought mine, the perks did not change from what the preview stated.
Also, how do you get the re-rolls on these weapons? I will be buying the Scout today

Equip it, go to the salad bar, and have motes of light on you. An option in his menu will appear to reroll the weapon.
