Impossible. Shot package and rangefinder both take up the second perk slot on felwinters lie :'(

It used to be possible but I don't know what happened to the existing shotguns that already had hammer forged and rangefinder. Or can normal shotguns still get rangefinder in the first perk slot?

Idk but i have a comedian with rangefinder as 1st perk and it has hammer forged
