Florida Statue: 1006.147 Bullying and harassment prohibited.— 9. Public or private humiliation; or 10. Destruction of property. (this includes digital) Florida law defines “harassing” conduct as a course of conduct serving no legitimate purpose that is directed at a specific person, causing that person substantial emotional distress. (Fla. Stat. Ann. § 784.048.) Maybe you should get your face out of the dictionary and try reading the law instead. YouTube already forced KirmitTHEfrog to remove most of his videos. Sony and Bungie TOS both specify you can not violate any law when using their products.

I hate to burst your bubble, but Florida is not the entirety of the world. And yes, other states have cyber bully laws of some sort or another. But here is the kicker... The person I addressed said "bully", as in school yard, picking on, intimidation, etc. There is a difference.
