There aren't that many ghosts in the game, so there would be alot of duplicates for people to complain about in forums. If Bungie adds more ghosts then sure, add ghost engrams, but until then, keep it as it is

Ghost engrams yes! Shaders? No. Maybe one specifically for artifacts would be nice too! Nothing like hoping for a piece of armor, only to get an artifact instead.

What about boss ghost? Like a ghost made from the spikes of crota's head?

No they need a misc engram for ghosts and artifacts. Also they need exotic ghosts and artifacts. Possibly ones with different factions.

They should add one engram that decodes I to either a ghost or an artifact. But then again who would be happy getting a ghost engram instead if weapon/armour
