Thanks for the quick reply. Sounds like I'll just use it to finish the pvp portion of my thorn bounty and reroll for better perks. Due to the low fire rate, these perks aren't that hot as you pointed out.

it'll probably be great in pve after the double damage patch.. because impact effects how much damage you deal to stronger enemies.

It will also be good in PVP even with the nerf because it will still have superior range to all others
