Is it possible to get both or are they both in the same upgrade node?

Nope, they patched it a while back. You used to be able to get rangefinder and shot-package, or full auto and shot-package.

Can't get both.. It's hard to decide which is better though. Personally I'm not gonna reforge the Shotty it comes with good perks
