First part of Exclusion Zone on Mars, right when you open the doors. Use resupply codes(or is it network keys?) and kill all the yellows, then die. Repeat as necessary.
Best if done as fast as you can, multiple people are ideal. Just be sure to stay near each other so everyone gets credit for all kills.

Yep did this last night with a buddy, easily the best way to get glimmer in a hurry. Half the time they drop resupply or network keys for even more glimmer from the cryptarch. Check if there is a bounty for Cabal majors of ultra also, quick way to get that done at the same time.
