Some of us at least skim them. If you don't even skim enough to get the gist, you usually miss out on some pretty important shit. Like the fact there was a clause about changes that were or could be made to Destiny. Think there was also one about getting refunds as well..

Still. When it comes to what one wants to do and it violates whatever contract or terms that the company made, there usually isn't much "work around room". Both of them breached terms.

Did you know that they can now share your information with third parties. Your pictures are their property now. For instance, your face can appear in a urinal cake in Germany because they sell your photos to whom ever they want. I urge you to read terms and conditions just for your own knowledge and understanding. When you get an apartment, make sure you read the lease front and back.
