Dark Souls
If you are a Dark Souls fan you may notice that 2 items have a high reference to dark souls. Here are some
Achlyophage Symbiote:
"They told me it would eat my thoughts and leave me full of Light."
If you look it closely at the helmet description,the helmet shows a fungus or bug
This is a reference to Solaire from Dark souls as he goes out to seek his very own light. After much searching he finds a sunlight maggot that has a glow to it, he then puts it on his head, going crazy he try's to attack you

Heart of the Praxic fire:
Special Ability: Praise the Sun
This is another reference to Solaire as he "Praises the sun" before you meet him and after you defeat a boss
