we all have to Face the Facts that Bungie Controls Xur and xur is not Random.
Bungie is doing this again For Good and the same routine of the 4 weapons we been seeing are No land Beyond. Dragons Breath. plan c. and Vinilla Ice ice Breaker. and the shitty crap Armor again. that let you know bungie is doing this for good,

Wow xur sells icebreaker a second time and people rage even though they were loving it the first time

All I want is Thunderlord and Universal Remote (2 of the 3 exotics Xur has somehow forgot to bring during the past 5-6 months, but he keeps bis DLC backpack full). Some people will believe an egg will hatch into a person, some people will deny that chickens come from eggs until they see 1 hatch. And some people have rare common sense.

People are never going to get it here, they're too use to sucking off Bungies nutsack. Its obvious its not random, they would never allow for Ghorn being sold as much as Plan C, or NlB. It would change too much of the game. Everything would become easier and less time grinding such as, strikes or raids which would become quick to off bosses. Not gonna happen. If it was random there would be a chance of it occurring just like everything else. Get off the shaft fellas, stop riding the short bus and open your eyes.

Disagree. Xur is random. Now that being said bungie does have control over the odds of him/her/it selling all items. For example they could place 20% odds that xur will sell NLB and .5% odds that he will sell Ghorn. So on and so forth for each exotic. So it is quite possible to see voidfang vestments many times in a row or NLB many times in a row and never see Ghorn or Saint 14. Get it?

The rest leave it the way it is because they're too skeptical and naive. xur has sold suros red death multi tool gjallerhorn to name a few exotics that have not came back in all these weeks. yet no land beyond dragons breath and plan c, with patience and time slightly behind, have been sold multiple times. xur is not random, there is no way in hell he is. perhaps they have tried to fix the easy access weapons by keeping most of them rng now and only offering a select few?

Xur is controlled by bungie. Xur sold plan C two weeks in a row right before the DLC launched on Tuesday. Explanation was why waste your strange coins on old weapons when new weapons come out next week.
