Trust is good. Sharing is good.
Trusting takes courage.
Breaking trust is cowardly and destructive.
What's so difficult to understand about this?

Kid is an exeptional human being brave enough to share his account, stream his playtime, and showcase his own suffering at the abusive hands of someone much older.

Here here, well said. In our world innocence is a commodity. The kid should have been able to hold onto it a little longer. What is worse is all the snot-nosed punks who said he deserved it. Anyone believing this should be neutered or prevented from breeding. I think they will probably accomplish it on their own with ease.

You forgot the part where cheating is bad. Cheating is always wrong. Please don't compare this to terrorism that is absolutely ridiculous. And no one that age should have been streaming anyway. These generations are sick in the head. No responsibility, entitled, and refusal to face consequences for stupidity. Kirmit is the scum of the earth, but the kid needs to take these lessons to heart.

Not being jaded and cynical is not a bad thing, particularly for a child. Innocence is a good thing, destroying innocence is flat out wrong. There's no justification for what was done.
