Reset almost certainly will not happen. 1st. He was willing to "glitch to lvl 30" , that is a good reason as to why they wouldn't touch that. 2nd. Bungie would have to then worry about everyone else who has either had this happen or accidentally dismantled exotics. That being said I do believe Kirmit should be banned as a result of his actions. This is not the only time he has done this to people. So BUNGIE, please do something about people like Kirmit to discourage this type of behavior, If you do not take action you are only encouraging other trolls to keep ruining peoples good time.
