Eagleye is the best long range scope, Ambush is nice for close/quick and Shortview has an excellent low zoom wide field of view, so I would say yours is not-bad scope wise, but not the best possible. However, your perks are excellent; Spray and Play for quick reload when empty goes perfectly with Final Round doing bonus damage - that is a one-shot kill. The Armour Piercing is amazingly good. I wouldn't touch a roll like that if it was in the right light element to fit with my other snipers.
