Hey kid, you still looking for help on your characters? I can't guarantee that bungie will help you or give you anything unless your dying but I on the other hand feel bad this happened and will be more then willing to put my play time of The Order aside till I can get you two characters back to their previous levels and or higher and will attempt to walk you through Crota raids (if others are willing to help).
