What rule did Kermit break just asking since people want to ban him
English

terms of service bans you from deleting other people's characters.
-
Really where ? I am curious not being sarcastic

Edited by RGC Chedderbob: 2/20/2015 6:54:56 PMWhat people don't realize is if the kid trying to cheat succeeded then he would have been banned. Also in the video i saw Kermit deleted 2 characters and 1 gun. A REAL asshole wouldn't have stopped at 2 characters but deleted that 3rd as well. So the kid should look on the bright side. He's not banned and still has one character left. Also since plan c was just sold at xur the kid is really only out a couple strange coins on the gun.
-
The guy is still an @$$hole. It's not his job to punish players for cheating. This guy should have all his characters deleted and be made to start all over or just ban his account.
-
And it's not our job to punish assholes.
-
Nope that's why Bungie needs to step up.
-
True but instead they advertise what the guy did but refrain from banning him because he's still got money to get dlc that comes out.
-
Ain't that the truth!
-
FYI, after you create your first character, you cannot delete it unless you make another first so the jack-ass tried to do the next best thing and delete the remaining characters' gear. The kid was naive, I mean, c'mon, he's 11. Obviously he didn't know any better and was tricked into thinking there was a fast way to get 32, hardly deserving to be bad mouthed or be punished in this manner. What that guy did was deceptive and did something cruel and clearly unfair to another player. I wouldn't do this to anyone ever.

Is that bungie or psn
-
Doesn't matter what rule(s) he broke. What he did is simply socialably unacceptable as a decent human being! He deserves a permanent ban from Psn if you ask me...
-
So you broke no rules but your banned and thats fair?
-
Can't believe you're actually sticking up for someone who did that. What if he erases your character tomorrow? You just gonna shrug it off and say " huh, that sucks"?
-
Edited by FL NIGHTMARE: 2/20/2015 7:41:15 PMI am sticking up for the idea that if you dont break a rules we dont punish you just because the masses call for blood. Ps yes if I gave control of my acc to some random and he deleted my stuff I would be kicking my self for my stupidity not ranting about punishment
-
Did he not break the rule of Deceptive Conduct? Or did you just not read what was posted? Regardless of it being Bungie's or PSN. Kermit should be flagged for a console ban from Sony.
-
Bungie specifically said in there ELUA they can revoke your license to play the game for any reason, or no reason. This type of anti-social behavior has no place this community. He should be banned. Not saying the kid should get his stuff back. Yes, that sucks, but he is living with the consequences, but the adult that did it to a kid should not be permitted to be a part of our community.
