You Can Not Join My Raids With IB Gear
We should not let these fake level 32's in our raids for two reasons:
1. Iron Banner gear is for PvP not PvE
2. They don't deserve it. Anyone can hit IB rank 3 and 4. Grinding for the gear in raids is how it should be done.
Edit: I'm 32 just ranking up gear and even if I wasn't 32 I have the gear to get there so think before you speak.
Edit 2: This is getting more attention than I thought it would so I'd like to take this time to rub this in your faces. You know that Red Death, Suros, and Gjallarhorn you all worked so hard and long for? I got them all in one week.
Edit 3: This is getting boring same responses over and over. I intended to just write the original post but I had to take the opportunity to mess with you guys. I might answer some comments later.

Yes it's a massive grind to run a raid that takes 20 mins and get full gear on normal But it's not a grind playing iron banner for 15 hours straight the first day to get rank 4 to be able to buy 2 bits of gear and then have to wait another month before u can maybe get the rest of the gear yeh not a grind at all dickhead!

You sound stupid. The iron banner gear gives you faster reload sppeed for scout rifle. I got all raid gear, therefore your silly trolling summary of events, is very irreverent. Check my status, im grinding now for the arm piece. Titans dont have no boost for speed outside going defender, war machine...be honest i don't want to be close to a hallow knight trying to kill him for reload boost....go sit in a.corner, now.

See, now to begin with, I would've agreed with you. I have twins that were born the week Destiny was released, so I've not had the chance to finish a Raid so far, although I have ran VoG and CE and my weapons at the time were below par compared to the others who had Atheons Epilogue etc. or Word of Crota HC etc. and I unfortunately didn't get lucky with RNG whilst I was in either apart from armour. So I run The Crucible a lot due to the amount of time the games don't take compared to Raiding. During Iron Banners passed I've dropped and purchased some weapons that are, specifically Silimar's Wrath, outperforming Raid weapons 90% of the time. I can run the Weekly with Void Burn on and double the amount of kills that the two others with Atheons for example, and my AR doesn't have Void damage, and it's all thanks to the reforging that's available. The perks on my AR make it ideal for PvP & PvE and I spent a lot of Motes of Light to get it that way, the same for my Efrideets Spear in PvE, it's great for crowd control and my Jolders Hammer makes short work of most higher level enemies, again, thanks to the reforging to get the right perks. I'm in no way trying to argue with you, just trying to make you see that the IB weapons really can be decent. But it also falls down to the skill of a player, too. Don't rule out all Crucible players just because of a shitty encounter with someone using PvP perks on a Raid. Peace.

Don't tell me how to play a game I payed for you swine. Raid armor is hideous if I could wear full 32 Iron Banner I would. It's got wolves on it, dude. That's worth more than any perk on dried hive dung covered armor. Wolves, man. -blam!-ing wolves.

Lol. Grow a pair people like you are too lame and luckily there will always people like me that cancel you out. I run sword to help out and can beat crota hard with 5x 31 (and they don't need Gally either). Have more fun, you are way too serious about a game.

I dismantled my raid gear because honestly ... The raid gear is -blam!-ing ugly on all characters except maybe the hunter .The reason I like the Iron banner is because the gear is actually pretty nice and the grind is worth it and rewarding unlike raids at times . Oh and most 32s look the same so I'm trying to break the cycle here man

I have the iron banner arms on my Titan, mainly because they look awesome compared to the God awful raid ones.

Iron Banner is grind out by killing other people ( the hardest enemy in the game ) The most skill Raid gear is given out totally at random and to people that get carried through by invisible hunters . The least skill Iron Banner Gear > Raid Gear If you haven't worked that out yet . You're thick as mince

Lol, as if raid gear automatically makes you a better pve player. Takes true fear to think a random code giving you a reward that 5 other people dragged you through somehow defines "skill".
