You Can Not Join My Raids With IB Gear
We should not let these fake level 32's in our raids for two reasons:
1. Iron Banner gear is for PvP not PvE
2. They don't deserve it. Anyone can hit IB rank 3 and 4. Grinding for the gear in raids is how it should be done.
Edit: I'm 32 just ranking up gear and even if I wasn't 32 I have the gear to get there so think before you speak.
Edit 2: This is getting more attention than I thought it would so I'd like to take this time to rub this in your faces. You know that Red Death, Suros, and Gjallarhorn you all worked so hard and long for? I got them all in one week.
Edit 3: This is getting boring same responses over and over. I intended to just write the original post but I had to take the opportunity to mess with you guys. I might answer some comments later.

1 ReplyIron banners gear is harder to get and has some better perks in a lot of situations increased reload speed for scout or auto rifle makes my mida multi tool an instant reload not sure about other weapons yet. Not to mention it looks better than a lot of the raid gear lol

Lets see can get to 32 with the abundance of ascendant shards everyone has or get raid gear and wait another few weeks for the radiant shards to lvl it. Rather be 32 whilst getting the shards for raid gear thanks

1.the gear is for Destiny , not any one mode. 2.i got all my raid gear with around 4 hours combined. Got arms and legs in IB 2.0 versions a long time ago. But having only 1 style to wear amongst all raid gear is retarded and benefits having diversity. It took a Hell of a lot longer to grind for it than raid gear and I still need the helmet . I am 32 without IB gear. 3.anyone that has payed for the game deserves whatever it holds in it. 4.TO SAY SOMEONE IS ELITE & ONLY PLAYS HALF OF THE GAMES CONTENT IS NON COMPUS MENTIS : a moron.

Raid Gear is MUCH easier to get in Crota's End. I complete the raid and get handed gear. I grind in crucible running through good teams, having close games, sometimes losing, and completing bounties to get to the right level to buy gear.

No one actually cares that out of the 3+ million people playing this game that your scrub ass can't deal with someone using a different piece of gear than the same 4 pieces everyone else uses. I am 100% sure that the rest of us are pretty much indifferent as long as they hit 32.

You got all those weapons within a week being blessed by random drops yet anyone else, even a shit player can get all the raid gear with just a few raids and theyll be legit in your book. I barely have any raids and i just got my full set to get to 32. It was harder to get a IB chest piece since I had to grind for it the last IB but the raid chest I just got today was achieved with the help of 5 other people. People have different views on whats considered earned and lastly....who cares.
