You Can Not Join My Raids With IB Gear
We should not let these fake level 32's in our raids for two reasons:
1. Iron Banner gear is for PvP not PvE
2. They don't deserve it. Anyone can hit IB rank 3 and 4. Grinding for the gear in raids is how it should be done.
Edit: I'm 32 just ranking up gear and even if I wasn't 32 I have the gear to get there so think before you speak.
Edit 2: This is getting more attention than I thought it would so I'd like to take this time to rub this in your faces. You know that Red Death, Suros, and Gjallarhorn you all worked so hard and long for? I got them all in one week.
Edit 3: This is getting boring same responses over and over. I intended to just write the original post but I had to take the opportunity to mess with you guys. I might answer some comments later.

Lol so they dont have a right to play the best part of the game because they enjoy crucible over 'story mode'...iron banner is raid level frustration condensed into a short match. Raids and strikes are repetitive pvp can get repetitive as well but there are more suprises and clutch moments in iron banner that deserve a little more than a blue engram or a crucible commendation. Bottom line is they paid the same as everyone else and they should be welcomed into your fireteam for bashing faces in ti be able to contend with and contribute to your raid teams..with this said. If they have low grim scores and crap weapons im going to guess they arent worth the time.

Lol getting raid gear is easy. I'm 32 all characters and if I want to put ib gear on I can cuz I worked for it. Why do you think they didn't work for it they played crucible which is just as hard as doing the raid. They earned it unlike the raid u have to find it. Get it you bitch ass

4 RepliesOdd.. I'm 32 with all raid armor and all the hunter exotic armor as well. I like the look of the Iron Banner armor and have purchased it as well. I'll purchase all 4 pieces. I run both raids with my crew on normal and hard weekly. We also all run Iron Banner together. It doesn't matter to me what armor they wear as long as they do their part.

1 ReplyPeople say ib gear is hard to get.. Ha. I'm not good at pvp and grinded the last 2 days one time and Maxed out ib rank. It's not hard to get. As far as looks go... The warlock arms and legs are the same as some green gear. Not really that cool or worth the effort.

Iron Banner Gear: Gained from ranking up in Iron Banner and purchased when required rank is achieved. Raid Gear: Randomly dropped at certain points of the raid. Carried a 27 through CE and he got 3 pieces lol.

That's stupid. I have raid gear to hit 32 but I like displine more than strength (f.uck me right?) so iron banner stuff is great for that. Also some of the Crota stuff looks terrible.

The IB gear makes you look different from the rest, and it's actually earned cuz you've got to grind to the top while PVE (myself included) players could get the gear in one game. If you get the right exotic, Abyss: Gauntlets Build The Bridge: Chest Crota: Helm You could have exotic legs (Unless your a Warlock lol) So Iron Banner players are more "real" than we are, especially because they have only ONE WEEK
