It should give a ever so slight advantage in PvP do to smaller character models.

Female character models have the exact same hitbox as male character models. This hitbox variation hasn't been used in games in many, many years, as it would instantly give an advantage to female characters. Your waist may be thinner, but you will still get hit as if you had a male waistline.

Nah they wouldn't give female characters an advantage like that.
