QUEENS GUARD... has been in the oven so long don't you think its burnt?
Oh well it never really tasted good in the first place because you don't get any materials from breaking down Queens Wrath gear. Remember this? I don't get why people cry for this useless event to come back when its is pretty much trash. Iron Banner Weapons>Queens Wrath Weapons any day of the week. Also there will be another Iron Banner... Deal with it.

2 RepliesQueen's wrath was so poorly designed that it really has no business coming back. However, a newly designed Queens mission that actually has some meaning would be appreciated. Since armour is not necessary, perchance exclusive event-only weapons that are actually useful, may be re-rolled etc. etc. etc.

Yeah I remember the queen's wrath event pretty well. It was an alright event really. It was a shame that bungie had to patch it so early in the game's lifetime, as they felt that people were exploiting the armor for ascendant shards. So it kinda begged the question, was the armor that bad? The double bounties was cool. Even had some pvp bounties that seemed doable. Still, I enjoyed the event as it had a little bit of everything

3 RepliesSince you're unaware, people want Queen's Wrath back because repeating Iron Banner 5 times in a row makes things stale. Variety = Good. Repetition = Bad. Hopefully, you understand now.

The gear that was available is the only rare gear. It was only available for a few days. I would love it to return with a full stock of gear. Not like IB that only has a few pieces available at a time. I would like a full set of gear for each. Have you seen some of the lower gear sets they look amazing , but no one can wear them due to the low light level. Same goes for queens gear we need more choice. Every 32 looks the same - full raid gear. After IB they might have 1 or 2 IB pieces but nobody will have chest piece because it was not sold so back to the raid looking for that.

I kinda miss it I was already a high rank when it came around the 1st time so I didn't grind it but now I would grind it no questions asked

Queens Wrath was a test for DLC things like Eris. You'll get something similar, if not identical when House of Wolves releases.

I liked the Iron banner the first few times, but nothing really changes, the armor is the same and so are the weapons. Not too thrilled about releveling the rank to 5 again.
