you cap that flag it is a guaranteed automatic loss
-
2 RepliesDunno. Its easier to go in the door and fire down b. Or stand where the special ammo is and pick them all off.
-
1 ReplyIf your team is actually good, it doesn't matter.
-
My team started this new strategy where if a is our spawn we don't even cap it at the start. We just charge into c and try to wipe them out and flip the spawns. It's almost a guaranteed loss if a is your spawn.
-
At least some people -blam!-ing get it, I'm tired of playing with randoms who cap the A flag
-
Lol. Truth I was playing with my buddy who has a hard head. I kept yelling at him to stop. He would say, "I spawned right next to it so I capped it!" I respond with, "RUN THE -blam!- PAST IT AND GET YOUR ASS TO C!" He didn't get it until we finally got pinned at A.
-
bump to the ninth power. today, i had to keep solo capping C flag, only for these idiots to KEEP ON CAPPING a FLAG.-blam!- YOU STUPID -blam!-S.

Edited by westchad: 2/19/2015 3:57:29 PMWhy doesn't anyone seem to understand this? Makes me so damn mad
-
CHANGE THE LOCATION OF A TO THE PLACE YOU JUMP UP AT TO GO TO B. IT WOULD FIX THIS AWESOME MAP BUNGIE
-
Normally I would disagree, but I actually see your point. A is kinda far from b, and I learned that b and c are fairly close to each other, making them easier to defend with good teammates.
-
If all three are capped by other team then I don't mind capping A just to stop the bonus. Or if you spawn at A. But when you spawn at C and someone goes and caps A and switches the whole teams spawn - well that's annoying.

12 RepliesEdited by Loot Cave Rave: 2/19/2015 10:47:37 AMNice one, well said. My favourite part was when you told everyone that they're not allowed to cap A on Blind Watch. I liked that bit. I liked it because it was funny that you thought people would stop capping A on Blind Watch. They won't. People will play how they like, unfortunately. I mean what is everyone's problem? Capping A in Blind Watch? FFS don't they know that's a guaranteed loss?! I'm outraged because I know that the everyone will keep capping A on Blind Watch, despite you telling them not to. These people seriously think that buying their own copy of the game means they're allowed to play it their own way? I'm lost for words.

if only they would... i gave up trying to explain basic pvp strategy to nubs wayyy back in vanilla wow...

5 RepliesEdited by Hork3r: 2/19/2015 1:45:38 PMI've started getting this habit in Iron Banner. If we have C and somebody goes to cap A. That guy will be reported for being unhelpful. Screwing over your team whether you do it intentionally or not, is no good. The enemies will spawn behind C and then you'll get locked from 2 directions. I've lost too many games because some moron has gone to cap A and flipped the spawns and we've been wiped and put to A side. Same goes for Shores of Time too. So go ahead if you want to annoy people and lose the match. You're asking for reports. EDIT: I don't even know how reports work, do they affect combat rating? I don't care. Get reported if you want your team to lose.

3 RepliesWhy cap A when you can watch porn instead
-
Take A and C and let the scrubs hold B and slaughter them
-
B is a death trap, sadly supposedly "good" players are too stupid to stay out of B if they don't have it. Any two points will do, A has the best defensive structure, B and C are closer to each other. A and C are the better tandem to defend though. The entire argument about B and C being "best" hinges on spawns, which means you're dying too much.
-
Last game I played my team had A spawn and the other team immediately took it. After that they didn't touch B or C for the rest of the game.
-
I'll be sure to cap it ;)
-
1 ReplyA truly is cancer. Spawns are bad, and to spaced out. Holding A turns the match into a treadmill of misery. The trick is group up and immediately take C. Then rush B while someone snipes the upstairs door.
-
3 RepliesGreat! Another thread about capping A by another member of the crucible police - just what we all needed. Yet another twat telling everyone how to play - what a cnut!
-
7 RepliesDumbass. The more zones you have capped, the more points you be which gets your team closer to victory. I And if you don't cap it then the other team will.
-
Or you just suck.
-
Sounds like you're just making up excuses and blaming others for your poor play in the crucible.
-
5 RepliesWell as long as the enemy controls 2 flags, they immediately have a better chance of winning than you. Regardless of what flags they are. A good team can hold A and C and still win.
-
Yesterday, iron banner, game start, got A spawn, no one took A, whole team went C, enemy team is confused, enemy team hurts itself in its confusion, cap B, game over.
-
14 RepliesTwo flags is better than one. No sense beating your head uselessly against B when you can grab A.
