Upgrade Notifier blocks health meter.
This is a problem I face daily. When I play I usually play with the weapon that I want to boost, but when I get an upgrade I'm usually surrounded by hordes of enemies. (Usually in raids or in a strike) this leaves me not knowing if I should run for cover or lay some recovery fire to help my team. It would be great if it would be on the side, not obstructing my view.
