Rarest item? Khostov or how ever it's spelled many have gotten rid of it. Thus meaning it's rarer than anything

Start new character put put in vault easy to get but most people already have 3 characters and its not worth deleting just to get this weapon lol

I have it in the vault, along with the strangers rifle, still waiting on bungie to update the damage on that bad boy
