Destiny lag for each person is (x*b)/l, where x represents the length of time the lag switch is used, b is the level of bad connection to destiny servers, and l is the number of laggers on a given day.

about a 2/10. I see it sometimes in the crucible but not a lot..but I do get a ton of error codes..
-
1 ReplyI don't get lag I just get stupidly kicked from lobbies.
-
Sometimes 1, sometimes 10.

Edited by Dizman7: 2/19/2015 1:36:47 PM0/10 - I've had zero problems with lag on my 40/20mbit DSL
-
2/10 not much lag except for occasionally in crucible
-
4 RepliesIf you are not laging you are making it lag for everyone

4 RepliesI'd say about 4. It's not lagging out as in people running into walls or teleporting everywhere but hit registering is often like up to a second behind on my screen (and I get killed around corners often)

Halo anniversary edition week 1 bad

Lets say this a headshot shouldn't count 1 minute after you fired.

Pathetic how they just let this go

It's been bad lately

3 Repliescrucible was great till about a month ago and then it seemed to go downhill. I can still find a fair few matches that are fairly lag free. with the iron banner I've tried playing about 4 or 5 times and just decided to skip this one. the thing that worries me is that when the trials of Osiris come out, will anyone be able to even play pvp. so far out of all the online games I play, destiny is the only one in which I cant even compete in the pvp. don't get me wrong, there not all lag fest but it is getting progressively worse and I don't really see anything being mentioned by bungie as a problem they want to address. or perhaps they cant and are just working on the next one. it would be nice to at least hear them address the issue. 6/10 and steadily declining. hopefully after iron banner passes it will be better.

3 RepliesNever had a problem with it. Not one bit, aside from 1 or 2 obvious lag switchers.

Here is a problem I found. If your doing a raid. Make sure your team all goes in at same time. Otherwise it begins to cause lag. If anyone backs out or gets kicked, try playing on. If you feel lag badly. Go back to orbit.

1 I have crystal clear connection without lag then bam there is a wild baboon running around
-
From a scale of 1-10, how bad is your use of caps-lock?

1 ReplyIt's not just the lag. Its the lag switchers. I didn't believe it for a while, just said it was bad connections. Stuff that I have seen the last few weeks, and especially this week, it is definitely people lag switching. Seems like every time they throw the switch, you can't pick up ammo, regardless where you are on the map. Right now, crucible is getting to be the only thing that I am enjoying, but it's becoming a lag fest. Bungie had done a poor job in dealing with matchmaking. I would rather have the better the persons connection (green), the better they can play. Right now, the red bar people are tearing it up. I line up a snipe pull the trigger, I heart the rounds go off, I die, and the guy that I headshot walks away... Like half of the games this week are like that, last week it was fine. Party of 6 in the lobby, 1 green 5 red. Basically untouchable with any shot. No wonder why people fusion all the time. It's not precision based. Aim near enemy and shoot = kill. So many things done wrong... 1/5 games feel normal. My k/d dropped .2 this week, and I feel like I'm a noob that can't hit anything. Meanwhile last week I don't think that I had a negative game on any of my characters. And I maxed all 3 on marks for the week. Can we please have a ping restricted matchmaking. Dedicated servers would be great, but that's not happening.

depends on the day and time of day. sometimes none, sometimes it looks like a lag switch
