No backup plans, ruin wings, or helm of saint 14

Depends on if you are doing PvE or PvP.

Depends on the build. no backup plans are more for defender melee and keeping up the force barrier. The ruin wings can be use on either. Helm of saint is used mainly for if you you're going into a high traffic enemy spawn point.

Depends what you're doing. For instance, HoS14 is amazing for the first part of the Crota raid but for the rest Ruin Wings is the clear winner.

all are situational, but for me and how i play... Ruin Wings, always good to have gjallahorn rockets when i need them. Saint 14 is great when being reactive ( pop shield, blind any one who comes in, gives you time to heal up/distract). i have no back up plans, but didn't find great use for them, only good when using force barrier
