No one has yet I think.......they are aware of it though and are working on it. It's driving me crazy too!!

I just don't understand why it happens to only a select few.

The theme is generally; Xbox 1 Wifi I've had issues with every update. However PS users have the flicking backward and forward between the update screen variation.

Yeah I've been wired the whole time. So that's not the issue.

Sounds funny, but have you tried wireless download? Sometimes vice versa works. I'm lugging my Xbox into work tomorrow and hooking it up to the wired connection here from the office to see if I can get it to clear.... With the last update before Xmas I had to do it from my parents house (400mile round trip) before it would work

It's definitely worse with wifi. Wouldn't recommend it.
