Why 331 damage? 331 damage weapons are only better against 31+ enemies? Are we talking about best 331 scout rifle in Crota raid/Iron banner?

Fang of Ir Yut max damage is 1019 (331atk) VoC for comparison is 890 (300atk) -Both have same impact -Those numbers stay constant up to level 32 enemies. They both drop off by the same percent on level 33 enemies. Basically 331 atk is 15% more damage against any enemies, any level.

This is not true. 331 atk weapons will out damage 300 atk weapons of the same type and impact, even in lvl 26 ROC strikes.
