ascendant shard help!!
Hi guys just wondering if you guys have any tips or tricks on how to get ascendant shards quickly as far as I know you can't purchase them I have a lot of armour to upgrade or is it just a real grind to get these things ?

If you have marks, buy legendary armor and dismantle it. You get more shards if you upgrade the armor, don't use any materials to upgrade just get the circles upgraded them dismantle. Hope this helps

Run the Vault of Glass on as many characters as you can a week. It might take a while to build 3 characters, but your productivity will triple once you do.

VoG is probably the best way to "grind" as I believe 2 of the chests are guaranteed Energy/Shards along with any bosses that happen to drop Energy/Shards also. You can also use your Vanguard or Crucible marks to buy legendary armor from the vendors and dismantle it for shards. This works for all armor EXCEPT class items, leg armor has the best cost/shard ratio iirc.

Usually other then public events, you can get them on the nightfall and weekly strikes. Also doing the vault of glass gives you those shards.
