Is this gun still in the game? I've seen pics and it drips swag compared to all other sr's

Very rare chance of getting one from a decoherent or legendary primary engram obtained in the crucible. Those sometimes still produce pre-DLC guns. I got a Strange Suspect from one. Won't be at 331 though unfortunately.
