I've tried to send someone a private message on three separate occasions. Since you can't just click and hold someone's name and select "send private message" in the group chat, I went to the actual 'private message' section of the app, hit the plus, and proceeded to type in the person's Bungie account name exactly as I saw it. No results. I typed in his gt, and still no results. Am I doing this right??
