Here's where your post doesnt work. I have 60down 12up right now. When I play pvp, I'm usually green bar and so is my roommate. However, every so often only 1 of us is red bar even though the internet is fine. In fact, it's happened to me just as equally and I'm hardwired to the router and he's on the AC 5ghz band. If anything, he would be red bar before me. I think many people have shxt connections anyway but it's clear the red bar pvp situation is more a problem with bungie's servers and not the player connection.
