We have a small clan that we raid with every week and there are 5 of the 8 of us total that can run sword or relic. While most weeks only 2 of us do it, we have a back up designated for each time just in case 1st sword bearer dies. But anytime I play with randoms it's that same mess, only one or two will even touch a relic or sword. Quite sad actually because those are some of the most fun jobs!
