Anybody know why Xur isn't selling Exotic engrams this week?
He usually has them for 25 motes of light if I'm not mistaken?

It's all random man. Engrams and heavy ammo synthesis are sold at random. It's like a wheel that has all types of armor engrams and in some of the slots it says "no engram". That wheel spins every week and that's what you get
