Did Arc Blade Get a Major Nerf?

Lately, I've been getting killed by one fusion rifle shot with full health as a blade dancer. Even a full Suros clip kills me now? Did Bungie nerf blade dancer? This has never happened before

I have noticed that I've been bitching less about blade dancers killing me in pvp, maybe because they don't usually take out my entire team anymore
