higher light levels never playing on crucible
I don't get it, how can y'all sons of bitches not play crucible?
I think it's crazy, I'd get bored just gaming on raids, strikes, nightfall, and just completing vangaurd bounties. (I do all of that too)
Especially killing the same computers everytime in PvE, don't you just want to put down another player in the crucible? Haha!
I've seen 29-32's getting 3 kills in with 18 deaths.
I asked a 32 once and he said " I never play crucible, honestly I played a total of 15min of multiplayer."
And I'm like "damn. What the hell dude."
After our match was over this bastard gets a legendary engram hahaha

3 RepliesWhen I play crucible I hardly ever wear my 32 gear. I'd prefer to bring gear that's cohesive with my loadout.

I only crucible if I can get something for it. Since faction gear is no longer useful to me, crucible isn't being played. Since I have a 2.0 on all exotic bounty weapons, crucible isn't being played. On another note, the good PvP lvl 32 people you may not see in crucible because they switch gear for better perks; which drops their light level way down.

PvP jus isn't my cup of tea. I have 2 32s and a 30. I have played PvP but only with a friend. If I wanted PvP I would've bought a different game

1 ReplyI have three 32s. I only play Iron Banner, because I can't stand the fact that much exotic weapons and light level is matched evenly with a level 2 scrub in regular Crucible.

With 3 level 32's I have no need to play crucible unless I want to complete bounties to level any extra weapons or armor. Im all about the reward and have never gotten anything above a rare engram from crucible so there is no incentive for me to play. The game is getting old until HOW comes out so the rest of my free time after nightfalls and helping friends with CE HM or VOG is slotted to playing Dragon Age or Battlefield HL when it comes out.

Life gets in the way unfortunately. Between raids on 2 characters, nightfall and weeklies on 3, doing bounties to level gear, farming glimmer, wife, kids, and 80 hours a week at work, I don't have time to play a lot of crucible. Unlike a lot of people I don't hate PvP, I just have to have my priorities in when I turn my system on

Well maybe they get bored of crucible like how you get bored of raids. Or they play a better PvP game cause destiny is a long way of being the best out there.

Most good players would switch up their gear to get the best bonuses and in turn drop level because of it. 32 gear really isn't that functional for crucible unless you're suddenly expecting someone on the opposing team to summon their oversoul..... Edited to add that I don't play a whole bunch of crucible myself but this just seems to be common sense.

5 RepliesThere should be a very small chance of receiving crucible only armor and weapons. The people who primarily play pve seem to enjoy the RPG aspect of this game a little more which is why I think they tend to stick to pve (and are higher levels). If bungie did implement some sort of rewards that you could only get from pvp I bet they could bring a bunch of the pve players in

Because its the exact same situation for us raiders. Why would I want to play a match where the majority of the players use the same dumb tactics on the same maps; often the exact same map more than twice in a row? At least with raiding I can reliably advance my characters with new armor and weapons.

The answer is simple. Pvp sucks ass. This gane is mainly pve. They need to abandon pve in future destiny titles. It ruins the game
