Purple Titty Strat XD That's a good strategy. And yes they are indeed helpful but it's completely possible to do the Raid without them.

It's possible to do the raid using all 6 of the same class. Why do you need to self rez as a warlock? You shouldn't die in the first place. Why should you go invisible for Crota? Yes, it's easier, but you can skip out on a sword swing, and melee away.
