I think i know why people complains. The gamers who complain are not noobs, the pros are the ones who do the crying. Now newbies have hardly any exotic weapon or armor, and they are still learning the mechanism of the raids. They don´t have expectations, they just see an odd person who gives them the chance to own a "random" armor or weapon. They don´t care what is it, they will just buy it provided they have the coins, heck given the chance they would buy the bolt action sniper rifle (i´m guilty of this) But the so called Proffessionals. They have many weapons to choose from, they have a very solid strategy in the raids. The thing is, they expect Xur to help them, like he help them when they were new in to this. For example, you have a stamp album of pokemon. When you buy a package of stamps almost all the stamps will be useful. But as you progress, the probability of getting the stamps you need, gets lower and lower, to the point that you just need one stamp to fill the album. But you get stressed each time you open a package and get the same cards you already own. Regarding the heavy synthesis, well hard luck for all of us. Time to farm glimmer in Mars, and carry on.
