So, I've wanted a legendary or exotic sniper rifle for what seems like an eternity and of course have had no luck with getting one via a drop, but I finally earned enough rep/marks in the crucible to purchase "Y-09 Longbow Synthesis". I'm not super impressed by it, nor the perks it has, but I'm just glad to finally have a legendary sniper rifle. That all being said, when it comes time to purchase another, whether it be from the Hide-n-Seek master Xur, or the Vanguard sniper rifle, I wanted to get an idea on comparing the top dogs. As a little insight, I do prefer them for PVE, raids, patrols, strikes, etc. I don't really use sniper rifles in the crucible unless it's Combined Arms. Thanks for any input you have!
