Xur not selling heavy? Coincidence?
Deej said his not random but comes back to us and says he is.
If his random then why sell the same warlock chest approx 5 weeks in a row (estimating)
Why sell the top most wanted guns we know TODAY (suros, ice and gjallarhorn) early in the game? And don't see those guns months later by xur.
Why sell the ice breaker in the last few weeks? Because people wanted the ice breaker for the oracle's in VOG. These forums was plagued with finding people with ice breakers when VOG was popular. If you missed the first ice breaker from xur, better hope rng is on your side to find one.
Red death is another gun wanted. It's a wanted gun for crota hard. Will xur sell it? My answer is no. Why? It will make crota hard easier. Bungie doesn't like that. They will postpone the gun.
Did we need the plan c last week? Nope.
All these so called "randomness" is a coincidence.
When the gjallarhorn went viral on these forums, xur suddenly stopped selling heavy. Also the time when people noticed gjallarhorns is one of the best or the best gun for crotas shield.
What are the chances for xur selling heavy? Is it 50%? Did bungie remove it from the loot table temporary? Or the % rate is 1%?
Bungie making us work for heavy instead of buying.

Maybe the reason for not selling heavy, is because they are trying to fix the heavy ammo bug. For -blam!-es sake use common sense.

I just use consumables when I'm running rocs or doing bounties, every time I get to 20,000 glimmer I buy heavy back down to 10,000. In 2 weeks I have about 74 synths

Maybe the Heavy Ammo bug is from Xur Heavy Ammo? So they can't sell it anymore until the bug is fixed. Just think about it. How can Xur sell us exotic stuff for so cheap? There must be a evil plan behind it.......hmmmm.

15 RepliesYou guys need to stop getting all bent out of shape over Xur not selling heavy ammo synth. Am I the only one who knows that Eris Morn sells heavy ammo packs for just five Black Idol Wax? And those are easier to get than strange coins. You can actually farm for the wax.

1 ReplyNot reading all your dialogue, but to answer your question it's NOT coincidence. It's all Bungies strategy... My post from an hour ago said this: Deliberate? I think not. Lol. Let's be honest. There is a huge underlying strategy to this game that we can only imagine and never fully know. You have some valid points. You're right with Xur not selling synthesis because I'm one of those that has been "forced" to farm for glimmer. Going out to patrol, activate a black wax or ether seed and grind for that glimmer, so I'm not a fool running around in circles without any heavy in a strike or raid. I also feel the drops with exotics have increased, therefore Bungie won't have Xur sell anything worthwhile. My humble opinion with Ghallyhorn is it's only going to randomly drop and will never be sold again. Bungie is pushing us to touch ALL aspects of the game, which is a really good thing, but it can also be an inconvenience. By the way there are MILLIONS that have never attempted the raid. If we see that there is a better loot chance when we attempt a raid, that's attractive in itself. With that, people that haven't put forth the effort to attempt the raid, will eventually put forth the effort the longer they see that others have consistently been having better drops thru the raid. I'm actually speaking for myself in that matter. All in all there is obviously a deep underlying strategy to ALL OF THIS.... And Bungie has me and many others by the balls. Lmao

5 weeks ago, i made the horrible mistake of not spending 70 coins on heavy ammo. Why? I was to damn lazy to log on and make the purchase. I feel that im being punished for my laziness and i apologize to all guardians for not being able to buy heavy ammo.
