sniping or yesterday i was very suprised when i beat the vex head on with my last word and no it is no where near maxed i just started using it yesterday, also with my hard light i could sometimes, in all honesty its OP and i hate getting killed by it but it depends on your position as long as you have a 1-2 second firing lead on them you can take them out just try not to miss any shots
