Nope I had it on Xbox 360 there's a quest for it. It's called the Keller family or something you find the 4 holotapes and they have the 4 digit passcode split up on the 4 holotapes then you use the password to open the bunker somewhere. Its been awhile xD he had inf ammo on though.
