Suggestions revolving exotics

Hello, my name is JayHaloBeast, I've been playing Bungie games since Halo 1 came out on the first Xbox and I love Destiny. A lot. Thought I would do a small introduction and now that it's out of the way, I'll get to my idea. We can currently equip two pieces of exotics, right? But it's limited to one gun and one piece of armor. And most of the pieces of armor have very nice effects that bode well in PvP for example. Now, what if we had the option to be able to have two exotic guns equipped or two exotic pieces of armor? This would mean you would still have two exotics at all times, but if you had two guns equipped that would mean you wouldn't be able to equip any exotic armor. Now this all does sound good, but you might be thinking "that would be OP for PvP" and I'm here to explain why it wouldn't be. The guns you'll have equipped, say if you do decide to run double exotic guns, they wouldn't get any stronger. They would stay the same, the only difference is the fact you have two exotic guns with fancy perks. Crucible itself is balanced, to a degree, so having the option to run around with the Vex and Gjallahorn for example wouldn't destroy the whole idea of balancing. Because you're still going to need heavy ammo. And you're still going to need a certain degree of skill to secure kills. Even if this is viewed as a way to become a powerhouse, a simple solution could be added to alter that course of becoming a powerhouse or even lessen it; limit the ammo you can hold if you're using two exotic guns in PvP. I'm sure some of you will disagree and that's perfectly fine, each and everyone is allowed their own opinion. But I think this could actually work, maybe a few tweaks needed here and there, too. So comment what you think! Thanks, JayHaloBeast
