who still hasn't beat Crota Hard Mode and why??
I just wanna start a topic the opposite of the "elitist" ones.

1. Can't find a good team
2. Can't get into a good team cause of gun restricts or levels
3. Simply just have groups that can't do it

6 RepliesI have Crota CP on HM but I can never find a raid team to follow through with killing him. Every single time I do CE, I get with randoms that get through the first couple parts with little effort, and then they can't beat Crota. Not to mention the bugs of him still standing after 6+ rockets, sword disappearing, sword unable to be picked up, etc. When I did CE on Tuesday I got with TWO different groups. All together we had 50+ wipes. I'm about to give up on CE entirely.

Too many glitches. I really only have two consistent friends who play so finding half a team of randoms is tough. Lots of randoms have problems with me being 31 but then they end up dying and leave without saying anything.

3 Replies1. I dont go on many raids since i cant organize my friends durung the week 2. Im short 21 shards to be 32. 3. The crota raid to me is boring so i dont ever get in the mood for it.

I haven't. Honestly just dont care about the rewards to even try leveling up weapons and gear, then dealing with the raid itself :/ Amount of time i put into this game, i most likely wouldve done hard raid at least once but eh.

Had a group to run with for my first time last week who graciously added me. Didn't get carried although a few player deaths including me occurred. Got to Crota and tried a few times but lvl 32's were making the mistakes and dieing. Got him down to half, but someone went to work and left. The team fell apart from there and I never got to finish. I know how not to die in the raid especially at Crota, just shits me that 32 still think they are better, when a lot of 32 get carried anyhow. TBH haven't completed the raids too many times but I have fun doing them! None of this lets speed run, die, blame others and then rage shit! Which seems to be a lot of what I get on LFG. ***** I have full raid gear and last two slots open! Just need shards!! RNG only gave me 3 or so this week doing normal :-( *****

1 ReplyI've done it a few times with my fellow guardians, but man yesterday and today glitches are a joke. Crota shows up - room glass stayed for more than a minute. Hive Knights - teleport way better than vex and health immune to damage. (No, we didn't confuse the Knights with the Gatekeeper) Swordbearer - stayed inside respawn door then he magically appeared far right side. Sword - was there, but no one could grabbed it. Crota - rockets tickled him. So health immune or immediately replenish. Crota - didn't move and out of nowhere he was on the right side. (Good thing Crota didn't shoot at us) Ogre - they move so fast that even Crota would killed himself. Cursed Thrall - appeared out of nowhere and killed swordbearer. Crota - just 1 more hit and he'll turned to dust, but no no no no. You just can't do any damage. At least my fireteam was in a good mood and we laugh about all the glitches.

Been trying to do hard mode but just stay with normal been trying to max out my ghorn and level up to 32 since I'm a lvl 31 hunter but I keep up with everyone that's a 32 and sometimes even better just need to find a good group to do the raid with

Because people frustrate me. I solo the first half of the raid because of the same reason. People just don't know how to compose themselves, and all my VoG friends are doing the same thing I'm doing: taking a break until the game improves on the repetitiveness.

Honestly, I stopped caring. It became too repetitive and I haven't played in quite a while. Here's hoping that some improvements come soon.

8 RepliesI'm 6 shards from a 32, or 1000xp from Eris lvl 4 to convert my 69 energies lol. I'll give it a shot once im a 32. Maxed Ghorn, IB, HoC, Suros, you name it lol

1 ReplyIt took a while to beat it, finally beat it last week, but reasons i couldnt finish it before were people constantly leaving the team, needing to find replacements, more people leaving..it was annoying so everyone got tired of it and left

Did one hard mode run once didn't get any guns and spent 35 attempts at Crota. Had a team of 3-32s and 3-31s and the problem wasn't that we couldn't stay alive it was the Crota glitches. Also in that one run where me and my friends spent 2 hours on him I wasted 25 heavy ammo snyth. So we decided to take a break from Crota until xur sold heavy ammo. Got 100 coins just waiting to go shopping with to prepare for next time I face that blue green -blam!-. As for 31s being in hard raid it is better to be 32 but it is still able to do as a 31. Just shows though if you can go in as 31 and pull your weight and not be carried you have decent skills.
